So I renewed my Team Shelby membership back at the end of August, and I still havent receioved anything as part of my membership. Am I supposed to be getting a new membership kit, or a certificate, or something for this? Not sure if this is the right place or not or of they are that back logged because of Covid or what not.

We have been a little slow on sending out packages since they come from the California office, and they have limitations in place thanks to Covid. Shoot Alexis an email at TSSupport@shelby.com and include as much information as you can.

they have the last couple years, so I would guess it would be similar this year.

So I renewed with Team Shelby when I got the email a couple weeks ago, but I'm still getting emails about my membership ending. So, did the renewal actually go thru or not? If so, shouldn't the emails stop?

It's not a real problem unless the renewal didn't get logged over there, even tho I got an email saying it was renewed. Probably a glitch somewhere.
