Hello, I found on this website the correct part number for the lower air deflector and ordered the correct one but I can't find any information on how to mount it. I saw some screws down there that I will likely reuse but I can't find out how to mount it to the "filler" piece on the bumper. Anyone have an idea? I was actually able to figure this out on my own but figured I would post my result in case anyone has this issue. When the new lower air deflector arrived it already had 4 of the U-nuts attached on one end. These 4 U-nuts go towards the front or "filler" piece. The back side of the deflector just has 3 holes that mount to the frame. Luckily, the 3 bolts and U-nuts were still there on the frame. So attaching the back side was easy and I just used the same hardware. I went to a local hardware store to buy 4 bolts with attached washers for the front filler portion. The ones I bought were not the originals but were close enough to work as long as the washer is large enough and threads work in the U-nut. Since I don't have a means to jack up my car (no jack/stands) it was annoyingly difficult to get everything alligned and started while laying on the ground in front of my car. It took about 30 minutes of patience and cursing to get everything started and then 5 minutes to tighten it all down. Now it's as good as new.

It was a good thing to fix too! While I wouldn't say it is absolutely critical to replace as soon as possible, I now realize mine was failing for several months. Whenever I would start a low speed sharp right turn (such as into a parking space) I would hear a slight grinding/dragging noise. Found out that it was the tire lightly scraping the wheel well in a sharp turn. While not directly connected, this air deflector "stiffens" the bumper assembly up and fixed the dragging noise by moving the wheel well plastic ever so slightly out of the way.
