We've gotten lots of great feedback from the Team Shelby community. We have heard all of the issues you guys are having, and the suggestions posted.  We know of the issues with posts not showing, or flat out being missing.  

Great news! We're working on an upgrade that will make everyone very happy. We just need a little time to implement it and we hope have it ready for you within the next couple of weeks.

Just wanted to post an update.  This is still being worked on.  Work has been slowed thanks to the holidays, but we are still working on this.  We do not want people to think we arent working on any changes because we have been quiet.

I agree.  I am unclear, as many others are, of what was wrong with the ormer Forum and what was designed to be an improvement?  Also, was a beta test run on it or was the re-design reviewed by any number of TS members (non employees of SA) before its release?  It appears that a time when there would be more Forum conversations dnparticipation when many have been stuck at home ofr months, there is less activity here compared to the previous forum model.  It might be good to design a method to get encourage members back once the new Forum design has been reviewed and updated again.
