All indications point to yes. I asked if they were going to build one with the new 10 speed trans, and was given the affirmative. I didn`t ask about a year model, but since the new trans won`t be available until then, I can only guess.

Maybe I should wait, will the new 10 speed tranny be better for towing power and MPG?

Definitely better mpg. I`m only guessing slightly better on the towing, as 3 gears are overdrive meaning 2 extra pulling gears.

Answer is yes. My Tuscany rep for my 2016 F-150 Shelby said they will make 500 in 2017.

I talked to Tuscany yesterday and they wouldn`t admit to anything. Said he wouldn`t know till September 1st. Which is BS either way. Well anyway I`ve got a `17 Raptor ordered just in case but rather have the Shelby.

Well I`m not waiting on the `17 Shelby F-150 any more. Just got a `16 and it`s a beauty. #189 of the 500 built, Oxford White with Blue stripes. Now if Shelby will make an announcement about the `17 Shelby Raptor so we can adjust our `17 Raptor order with Ford, things would be great. Not that things aren`t great now!!
