Car is gone and factory tune loaded and the ones on this need a pulley that doesn't pass emissions so the orphan tuner. Here's what the "device info" says:

I might know someone for this. Do you know Paul Gemmelaro? He was looking for a specific SCT, I forget which one.

Just to be clear this has Ford GT tunes loaded on it (they can be deleted, I might do that) and could only be used to load custom tunes you acquire from a third party into the vehicle. But if you're getting custom tunes from someone this would do what you need.
