Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK), is honoring the 100th anniversary of its founder's birth with a small run of Centennial Edition Mustangs. Only 100 of the 2023 model year supercharged Carroll Shelby Centennial Edition Mustangs will be available through Shelby American in Las Vegas, with a few available through official mod shops around the world. A prototype will be unveiled in Gardena, California, on Saturday, January 14 at 10 AM PST and the final production ready version introduced at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in Scottsdale, Ariz., the next week.

Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK), made history today at the Michigan Woodward Dream Cruise when it unveiled the limited-edition Shelby GT500 CODE RED with a twin turbocharged V8 pumping out up to 1,300 horsepower. For the first time in its history, the company turned an experimental car into a limited edition vehicle. In addition to the replacement of the factory supercharger with a twin turbo setup, each hand-built CODE RED Shelby GT500 will receive suspension, braking, cooling and aesthetic upgrades.

Motorsports Hall of Famer Robert Prilika drove a 2022 Shelby GT500SE into history when it became the fastest true street legal production car in the 100th running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb on June 26, 2022. Competing under the Robert Prilika Motorsports banner, the Shelby GT500SE and Team Shelby club were at the Colorado event to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Shelby American, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc. (CSBI:PK).

Champion racer Robert Prilika will help Team Shelby celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Shelby American, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carroll Shelby International Inc., (CSBI:PK), by competing in the 100th Anniversary of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb in the Pierre Ford/Tuscany West Coast Shelby GT500SE on June 23-26, 2022, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. A limited number of people can participate in the event through the Team Shelby Pikes Peak Adventure, which will be integrated into the century-old test of speed.
